SO I read through my blog in search of Ruby's milestones. We're having a speech evaluation done tomorrow and the paperwork was quite thorough. It was so fun walking down memory lane and I was grateful I did a monthly post on her first year, otherwise I'd have no recollection of when she did what. Anywho, it inspired me to dust off the blog and be more faithful. To get me started (b/c I'm so overwhelmed by our Oregon trip, summer fun, school & D's birthday) I'm revisiting Text on Tuesday. Love that we're close enough to ask (not huge, really) favors & she thought of me. In some ways I think I really am turning into my mom...one of my aspirations in life. :)

Had a good talk with Kaleb...one of my top Dad moments. (Back story: K stole $4 from D to buy things from the book fair at school, then lied to cover it up. Ben talked to him about the repentance process, the Atonement, feeling sorry, consequences, lots of hugs & tears later. He really is the best dad ever!)
